August 30 – Candidate Pastor The Pulpit Committee has recommended Michael Miller as candidate pastor for The First Baptist Church. Michael will be preaching this coming Sunday. The congregation will meet for question/answer session after the morning service, followed by our world-famous Taco Bar. There’s a sign-up sheet on the table (back foyer).
September 6 – Voting for Candidate Pastor will be held after the morning service. It’s imperative that all church members attend this important meeting to cast their votes. Please be in prayer for God’s guidance and wisdom in this decision.
September 11-12 – 2026 Annual Ladies Retreat will be held at Lake Blaine Baptist Bible Camp. Terrie Jenkin is the guest speaker. Notify Amanda Schrepfer if you would like to attend or need more information.
Note #1 – If you would like to host Rick and Deb Johnson for a Saturday evening meal. Please contact the Johnson’s at (406) 431-9408 for planning purposes.
Note #2 – Operation Christmas Child – We are asking for donations
for the month of August: Pencils, Pencil Sharpeners, Pens, Crayons, Colored Pencils, Notebooks, Markers and Pencil Bags. Please see Carol Malesich if you have any questions.
Note #3 - Adult Wednesday Night Prayer group will continue as scheduled at 7 pm, This will include a combined men and women’s bible study group.
